Delivery cost for orders?

We charge Delivery cost based on shipping location and product weight.

How many days it takes to deliver an order?
  • Once an order is placed we will pack and ship the book within 2 working days.
  • Once Shipped it will be delivered to you within 3-7 working days depends on the location.
What happens in COD orders?

Once COD order is placed we check for availability and we shall confirm with customer via call or SMS then we send the package to the courier service.

What happens in Paid orders?

Once Paid order is placed we check for availability and we shall send the package to the courier service.

Can I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled only before the product is shipped. You can cancel order by contacting us through mail or phone.  

How I track my order?

Once an order is shipped you will get the tracking number and shipping service details.

What I do if I receive an damaged product?

In some cases if the product is damaged badly please bring to our attention immediately after delivery, In some cases, you need to send the book to our place by courier or post we shall pay the amount you spent. After confirmation, we shall compensate you with little amount or if you wish we will replace at no cost.

Do I receive order confirmation SMS?

Once you complete the checkout form you will see various payment options once payment is deducted you will see an message that your order is placed successfully.
